GPTfy uses a BYOM (Bring Your Own Model) architecture, so you pay your AI provider directly at their published rates. Most enterprise customers use existing Azure, AWS, or GCP contracts with negotiated pricing. GPTfy's per-user pricing includes unlimited prompts, so there are no additional GPTfy consumption charges.

GPTfy requires a minimum of 100 users per plan. Within that commitment, your admin controls which features and prompts are enabled for each user profile through standard Salesforce permission sets. Expanding to additional users or upgrading plan tiers can be done at any renewal point.
